Asian American Communities Prepare for Immigrant Day

Los Angeles-based community organizations are preparing to celebrate the 13th Annual Immigrant Day. On Monday May 18th, 2009, immigrants and advocates will head to Sacramento to raise their voices in support of immigrant families and communities across California.   Participants will discuss the need to maintain essential state programs for immigrants.
